A poodle is suppose to have long legs. How can i tell if my poodle will have long enough legs? She's 13.5 weeks 5.5 inches tall and 8 inches long from chest to rear. Is she short legged?

Well maybe i need to shave some fur, hehe? She's short!! Dang it! But oh so cuuttee! My little fur ball. I had a toy poodle growing up that was short.

She might get more square later, they don't always grow all their body parts at the same time lol. Very Happy But yeh, she is a little long sounds like. D is just under one inch to long, 'Lo is square. (I still can't figure that one out, both her parents are long, by 1 and 2 inches, yet she isn't)

When measuring length and height, you'll want to make sure the measurements are from their body, not their fluff. Just use your fingers or whatever you're using against their body (I use their long metal comb) and hold that against their body pushing down all their fluff.

You have to post photos of her new clip!
